yeah they weren't bad, haven't heard anything new from them in a while though.

I heard there was supposed to me a new album this year, but other than that, nothing.
More generally, I wouldn't call them the greatest band ever but they've written some very good albums (American Idiot in particular. It's so rare to hear a mainstream band that's capable of creating an album that is filler aside from the singles they release from it).

greenday were good. then the sold out. now they are not good.
on a similar theme didnt someone from blink182 crash in a plane and get seriously fubar? if so that reminds me a bit of greendays latest exploits

rofl couldnt agree more... sad to hear about the plane crash good thing not to many died
