this thing about not being able to send things to ppl on the same IP or attack ppl on the same IP is realy startin to get annoying, me and my brother cant help each other out at home, nor can i attack ppl at college.

maybe whats needed is if 2 ppl are logged in at the same time on the same address, they are gunna b on diferent computers so 90% of the time they will be different ppl(how many ppl would have 2 computers just to take advantage of a game???) so we should still be able to attck them.

as for being at home, being on dial-up internet means it costs us each time we log onto the net so my and my bro allways check our accounts at the same time, if wen i have been logged off for 20 mins-half hour, he should then be able to log on and hav the option to either attck me or send me things etc. much better than not been able to send things to accounts that were last logged into the same IP as you. wheres the fun if i cant kill my lil bro

i think SGW needs to accomadate siblings/partners and unniversity/colleges/workplaces better...

anyone else have any ideas to help this problem be fixed? i know im not the only 1 who finds it frustrating...

the only thing with this is, you could use firefox to log one account on and IE or netscape to log another one on

the ip rule is annoying for colleges and other places that just have one ip address.

I have about 6 computers here...


And plus, tons of people play at colleges/schools, which have computer labs...


This has all been suggested before, and has been decreed the rule.

Why not do it by MAC address?

or use ipconfig or proxify

No proxies I think.

This would just open the way for cheats. We need to find a way to secure it on both IP addresses AND mac addresses...and it only locks computers out if they both match!

I'm thinking of fire fox with it's abblity to have more than one 'Tab' open at once!
to use tabs on Fire fox pressing Alt and T at the same time opens a new tab

i was babysitting an acount for my girlfriend when i found that piece of info out.

sure you were - just like last weekend i was doing the same for my dogs friends, brothers account

oh yeah and allowing benefits for the same IP address again is a terrible idea and encourages the use of multi accounts

its a bad idea for some people who cheet it wouldnt be hard to sit there with 2 computers so diferent mac in 2 difernet acounts and jsut transfer. if u go to the trouble of cheeting and have 2 comps it makes it alot esyer to cheet. its not uncomen for me to be on 2 comps at once so im shour others do it aswell. anythin less then what is curenly there now will make cheeting a bigger prob then it already is
