Is that possible to sell part of your bank, for lets say some guy doesn't have enough space in his bank and I offer him space in my bank for lets say 5-10 % of what he wants to store and if the admin would allow that where could I post about that?

Black Market.
People are offering free, and 1% rates currently as well.

Just out of interest, is there much of a market for this sort of thing?

I think some people get good business, but not quiet sure. You would have to check with Ragnarok or Weilandsmith.

I might just do that. I have a lot of excess bank space due to multiple USS packages and the fact I'm a compulsive spender. If there's a potential profit margin in there somewhere, then I'd be loathe to miss it.

No, I guess here wouldn't be. But if you stick to reliable traders, with positive feedback and well-established public profiles, then I think you'd be okay.

I would say go for it.
As for what you said to his question, I completely agree. Only use trustworthy players. People who would scam you out of your account and money like Hellboy are definately to be watched for.
