Galactic average fleet power

Ok, time for the ultimate poll peeps.
vote how many hangars you have (raw+techs).
At least we'll be able to cut down on topics such as "what's a decent planet def" etc.
I'm actually really interested about the global distribution of hangars.
I'm sure others would also like to know

In an alliance, it is better to have a range of 30-50K fleets. Then have one big guy with 100K+ to mass them down so they can save money. Just a plan!
I have 30K raw.
