Hi,
I got this message today: That account is suspended, pending investigation for suspected cheating. I don't understand why... (I don't remember me cheating....). I sent an email to gameadmin@StarGateWars.com, and I' waiting.
I just want to ask 2 questions:
1. How long time take until my account is verified?
2. Is my account protected during this verification or anyone can attack me in this time? (if my account is not protected, and I'll be found not guilty - do I get back the lost resources?)

Best send an email to urgent@stargatewars.com as it should get dealt with quicker.

The account is not ranked when it is banned so it is not attackable even if you have the direct link to it.

It's also best to provide your ID for admins to look at.

Thanks for advice. It's first time for me when I see this message and I don't know what to do. I sent the email (including the id) to the address u gave me.

Someone knows how long take the check?

Admin Mark is pretty quick on the ball on these auto bans, you shouldnt have to wait long.

There is a problem with this account and it will not be unbanned till it is resolved. I will be talking privately to this user work out the problem.
