bottom right of Stargatewars command center, you will see the following choices:
Preferences
Support this site -UPGRADE
User Preferences, Login Details and Vacation
Change Player Name (0) / Chat Nick
Change Race(67)
Delete Account
select "support this site -UPGRADE" to be able to buy SS.
if you want ordinary market SS with limited market functions
goto market page
bottom of market page
trade your 4,940,000,000 naq
for 1/2 supporter status
multiple of 2.
that will get you market SS and PPT.

Yes i saw that BUT, there is also a cash market where you can buy miners,turns etc.How do i do that?Where do i pay?

paypal or credit card. after you finalize the amount of resources you plan to buy, then you pay. guaranateed transactions.
players also sell resources at a much cheaper rate. check the market forum, currency trades. the problem with player to player currency trades is that it isn't guaranteed and game admin will not guarantee refunds.
