Auto Ban Scripts

Can you please look at these auto ban scripts that are running, i know these scripts are put in place to stop cheaters etc, but surely there is a way to patch the code so that when your being attacked, you can retrain troops or repair weapons without it going into negative numbers and auto banning you,
It is really starting to have an impact on the war in the game, its soon going to be, ok we are going to war with you, you mass me first and i wont repair, then i will mass you back, that way no one ends up banned....

Let me first say thank you to Admin Mark because hes activity has been super as of late.
Get someone else to cover when Mark is down, Some of the script bannings have gone 2 and 3 days. Also, not everyone comes to forum. I see by the way Mark has spoken all accounts are flagged so maybe the forums are not needed at all, but still. Hopefully you get my meaning/reasoning.

Admin Mark has been awesome with the auto bannings, the ban times are usually under 6 hours from what i can see, unless something needs looked into, but if the script is being trigged by a bug in the code, that causes the neg naq neg UU maybe a patch on that part of the code is needed.

IDK, I was under the impression the neg condition was what the cheaters were using to cheat, thats why the script to bann. If the neg condition can be addressed then the script is not needed.
Guess my question is, how many real cheats have the scripts caught verses innocent accounts?
