I'd like to report these people, and any\all people who use the same or similiar name for 2 or more planets making it impossible\difficult to decipher which is which when attacking. Including, but not limited to; the use of deceptive lettering, lines of different length, similiar numbers, deceptive spaces etc...

1 - User ID(s)
2 - User name(s) (although not as improtant as ID)
3 - Reason(s) for suspicion

Thats just going down the first few pages. But yeah, you get the idea.
How about a general rule?

That's one of the stupidest reasons I've seen around here.

Are you for real ?

All the planets are in order when you spy, when you see then, when you want to attack and they are scrolled in the combo box .... what's so damn difficult to remember you have to attack the 5th planet or the 3rd planet ???

With reference to your 'solution':

If you refer to previously conducted intelligence reports - and one planet has been stolen previously; the order changes. Therefore, it is then impossible to see the 'order' you propose without another intelligence report.

(I dont suggest a ban\penalty - but it is an improvement that needs to be made. And in serious cases, altered - as per the first example)

Admin made it ages ago so that no 2 planets on a single account could be the same name. Any account that had planet names with the same name prior to the update stayed the same unless they changed the name themselves or it was taken/abandoned etc.

I am moving this to the Suggerstions section as it is not a cheat/ban issue.

Yawn - delete this then.

The merit of identical\near identical names I fear, is not a matter of importance for those not of a highlighted name. Jibberish being the refuge of so many online people these days.

Delete plz

It has nothing to do with colours of names.

I moved it to the suggestions section because it is a suggestion.

I gave you an explanation of what admin had done with planet names in the past.

I don't see what your problem is. I could have locked it but I didn't so that you could keep the suggestion open.

I don't get this at all? You are reporting them because some of their planets have similar names? I've never heard anything so ridiculous!

And even if there was any sense in it, what would be the point of a general rule - it would be a rather bizarre one, and one which you could not enforce.

I use a fantastic system for making sure I attack the correct planet - it's called pen and paper.
