Hi...My
ID=76846

I just finish ascending...and my rank is 0
My friend told to wait for the turn change
But after the turn my rank is still 0
He told me to logout and login again
but after I try to login again it says
"That account is suspended, pending investigation for suspected cheating."

The full story below

I was on Vac for like 1-2 months
before I decided to play again...like a week ago
Everytime I login instead of going to the command center...
it ALWAYS goes to the preference page

Then today when I wanted to ascend
I want to give(trade my stuff) to a friend then make him cancel after I ascend.
But I have trouble in brokering him...
after a while I noticed I don't have support status...
It's weird because I have full support status along time ago (more then a year ago, before I ascended to prior)
But I don't want to report that kind of thing because it would take a lot of time.
And I still have a lot of glory left, so I decided to get FULL SUPPORT STATUS again
So I traded and ascended...
After I ascend...
I wanted to sell UU but can't...because the person who wants to trade with me can't find me...he says me ID=76846 doesn't exists
I also see that don't have SUPPORT STATUS anymore

So I relog and saw "That account is suspended, pending investigation for suspect"

A friend told me maybe because I share IP
I like to share IP with my brothers also with my friends in school before...
Now I play in my campus and maybe a few friends play there too

But I have been sharing IP for more then 1 year
and nothing has every happen before...

Ow I more thing...my SGW beta server account
was also banned (it was before I decided to go on Vac)
My rank become 0
and when I relog the same writing
"That account is suspended, pending investigation for suspect"

Although I was pissed because the beta server was fun I didn't really cared because it was only a beta server.

There I said it all. My friend told me to say everthing so it will be easier to find the problem.


Please help me get my account back.

most likely the sharing of IP's, when i log in mine has gone to the preferences page for a very long time so i dont think that matters really. hope it gets solved.

Are you sure it's not prompting a password change?
That happens every few months and it takes you straight to Preferences.

Actually I did
But it was in the middle so people might not see it

So put it on the top.

That happens every few months and it takes you straight to Preferences.

Yes I've experience the password change thing...
but this is different...
But if it's the password change thing
it wouldn't show up anymore after I change my password
I already change the password a couple of times
just so the the preferences page would disappear when I login
but it still does.

gees word spreads quick i heard about you and just had to say hope all gets fixed

but many people get there accounts temp banned and most of the time they get them back

but I wasn't using any script/tool to bypass the html forms or anything...I don't even understand how
Did I got ban just because I tried to bank more then I have?
If so I do that all the time...
I just put 999999999999
Cus I it's faster then typing the actuall numbers
If that's the case the I won't do that again
