Alliance Message System

I just want to discuss a small update to the Alliance Message System. It is good, but when the 2nd in command sends out a message, it sends it as if it would be from the leader, and the reply button sends the message to the leader. If the leader is unavailable, then there is a problem, as you do not know what is going on and it is annoying to write "reply to XXX" in every single message.

So I suggest we implement the fact that if the 2ic sends out an alliance message, it is sent through them. Or at least when replying, add either a feature that replies to both leader and 2ic or just another button that says "Send To Alliance Leader/2ic" or something of the sort.

I second this idea. As the Leader of Thors Chariot I sometimes can't get on to let everyone know what's going on and the 2IC will make a post requesting replies. If he doesn't put in his original message that he sent it I get all the replies and I'm left relaying answers

Its more then likely a coding issue not easily fixed.

2IC's should sign all their communication so everyone knows who its from. If they are to lazy to reply to the correct person then I question why you have them in your alliance.

I wouldnt mind see the replies going to both leader and 2IC but the coding is the issue. Will all messages sent go to both and how to define when it goes to both and when to go seperate.

Good suggestion, but if coding does not allow it, its simply a matter of players being lazy and poor organization of your communications.

well, its worth a try at least. i figured it was something with the coding, but maybe they can fix it.
