(note: if you total population size is greater than 397,808,219 disease will surely strike your lands. Above 298,356,164 and raiding is no longer possible. Above 198,904,110 and trading/buying units no longer possible. Pergatory is not accessible above 39,780,822)

randomly kills your troops every turn (supers, miners, spies etc..)
