Admin,

I got the following account id = 41341 from a guy. He gave me all the account info (username, email, password).
But I get the following message from the game

"This account has been flagged as a multiple account.
A multi is an one person having direct access to more than one account.
If this is the case, it will remain suspended. "

Can someone help me please?

You can try emailing urgent@stargatewars.com and explain it in there.

Don't forget to provide details like ID etc.

as i told u its better to use the direct mail
also the account can be flagged because u changed account from yrs to the one i gave you.

I wouldn't have thought it would get banned purely because of that. People trade accounts every day.

Was it just your new account that got banned or the old one too?
If it was autobanned due to the trade then it's most likely your old one got banned too.

If you give the ID I check it for ya.

Yeah i know that one, he posted it in the first post.
What I meant was his old account, because if 41341 got autobanned due to the trade in accounts then his old one might be autobanned, then that would explain it.

I traded my old account two days ago, and the details was changed way before i logged into this account. So there shouldnt be any problems there, as I have basically been without an account for two days now.

Ok np, I just asked for the ID to see whether it was banned that's all.

Sounds more like the person trading it to you has more than 1 account and its been picked up as there other accounts have been banned, if the account has changed hands and is in the hands of a new owner, admin should unban it.

Oh yeah, lol i hadn't noticed 38610 was banned too.

is that account banned too? well i've emailed admin and "urgent" email adress, just waiting for reply.... unless the time zone is a problem.... They are situated in USA right? im on GMT here, so will just paitently wait for them....
