Train 1m spies at level 30 and lo! and behold.. it is a far more common affliction as you make it seem like. And yes.. as long as I can pole dance to Army songs.. not such sultry childrens overtures.

Try 3m at Lv 32. I've not even been looking and I've seen at least a dozen over 300m accounts.
