What is the current G&R range?

Thanks! I have heard everything from 1,900 to 1,300, so I have been wondering where I need to stay to make sure I am getting G&R.

about 1500 or lower is a safe spot for 1 G&R per turn.

go to attack, then rankings
add up the total realms (25405, 26818, 13854, 29793) = 95870
subtract the unranked realms 16062

multiply by .02 for 1 point range = rank 1596
or
multiple by .002 for 5 point range = rank 159

This is the most accurate way I know to figure out what it is. I can confirm 150 had me in the 5 point range 1 week ago.

The people saying 1900 are probably not subtracting out the inactive/unranked realms.

Underneath your personal log it shows this....

That figure of 96,102 is the current number of 'ranked' accounts.

96,102 * .002 = 192
96,102 * .02 = 1,922

Those are the ranks required.

It definitely seems to go by 0.02 * the total number of players shown on the lower-left side (just below the turn timer). That was the way I calculated it, and as soon as I crossed it for the first time just recently, I started to get the 1 G+R/turn, to begin working on my first ascension.

Just is a good idea to keep track of that total if you're close to lower-edge, because it seems to change over time. Player total seems to slowly climb ( I assume as new accounts are made and become ranked)...but will also drop it's total at times too (I assume again, as some accounts become removed, marked "inactive", etc.).

Make sure you check some of the tips about getting ready to ascend, when you get close, like finding someone to work with the broker setup (if you can use it) to temporarily place surplus you don't want to loose when ascending, then have it declined, so you get it right back and at least have some "left-overs", instead of a cleaned out Main account.

Thanks for the info. I'm in w/ Maigo, playing bout a month and loving this game. I have a spinal cord injury so console games are a def. no/no but I love stargate show and this game is perfect for me!

I've got enough points now, but whats a good amount of Power Points to go with? I figure I'll play on Ascension at least a little, I'm doing well enough on Quantum
