Hello, I seem to have the same problem as these guys...

I also sent an Email but so far no response...I logged into the account after buying it no problem but after changing my email, never recieved an email with my new password so i'm locked out.

Please Admin, fix this soon so I can get into my account

taking awhile with no response in any way...

I just bought an account for my wife and we went to delete her old account and use the email for the new one but it wouldnt let me delete the old one so I just changed the email of the old to something i dont use so she can have her email on her new account and we just wont use the old one.

I am not getting emails for either accounts, I dont care about the old one other then she would like the name from the old account to be the name of the new one.

What? am i supposed to make out: "cause you play your brother's acc too, it happens to me" ?

If you read my post, i just bought this account. It'll be getting a name change soon. I'm not sure if you have problems with the old owner of this acc or what, but I'd appreciate it if you back off of me, seeing how you guys have been farming me and taking my planets while I've been locked outta my account because of email confirmation bug...and I don't even know who you are..

hey mark, thanks again but if I could ask for one more thing please.

My wife had an old account and the same thing happened with that, she doesnt want the account she just wants the name that account currently holds. Apparently she tried to delete but an error screen came up so she just put an email on the account she doesnt use anymore and of course she doesnt want the old account just the name so if you could please find the account and delete so she can have her name that would be great.
