Guess Kit-Fox chose ignorance.

is the statement that Jack made in the Obama wins thread in this&that, he chose to make a personal insult, knowing full well he could have chosen many different way to say it and has continued to insist i am ignorant. now thats insulting and rude.

i guess i'm looking for some kind of warning for Jack about it after all a Mod should have no excuse for such behaviour as they are expected to uphold the rules of the forum. they cant do that if they break the rules themselves

And implying someone choose ignorance is calling them ignorant, however Jack tries to dress it up and is rather rude and insulting.

You will probably run into that word a lot on these forums. Especially if you even encounter me in a debate or argument.

I dont think an official complaint is appropriate.

Calling a person ignorant or saying someone chooses ignorance (its really the same thing) is an insult, worse still Jack made it personal by the mention of my name.

Cleary a breach of the rules as stated, mods arent above them

EDIT: certainly i was a tad stupid to skim the then last page and reply assuming jack was serious (really should have known better) but then he didnt need be so aggresive either

I agree with semper. Being ignorant can mean untutored, unlearned, illiterate, or just having a lack of knowledge in a certain field. I am totally ignorant as to political sciences, whereas I am knowledgeable in EM and antennae design. I can't really see the insult in that.

Now to ask - are normal users allowed to post their opinions in threads in the Ombudsman's section? If not, please forgive my, sorry for the pun, ignorance!

If the bounty of American military prescense had not shielded Europe from possible agression, the expenditure of maintaining a sizable military force would have prevented the rapid economic expansion and growth that had put both the EU and the Euro in a position of strength.

It is amazing though, that such countries seek not to support their very saviors, and thus instead claim that they stand alone.


For those seeking wisdom, open your ears and widen your eyes.

I recommend studying history before you make false statements.

There is about as much wisdom in your post as their is in the mind of a four month year old child. Someone who claims wisdom would not speak facts in twisted manners as you have, no seek to try and vomit a ton of what appears to be horribly subjective american propaganda, for a reason I cannot ascertain.

calling me ignorant for replying half cocked isnt really appropiate, especially not for a mod who should be held to a higher standard than other users because of their position.

So i replied on instict that it was another US is great post and we see them a lot of the time and for the most part the ppl posting them believe it. thats not a stereotype thats accumulated experience

Meh, I am of the opinion that Europe doesn't stand alone...and I think they should.


Frankly, it would help our economy if we pulled all our forces out of Europe, Korea, and other random places.

Historically, in the last 100 years, there isn't a good track record for Europe. Also, people from Europe tend to sterotype
Americans for various reasons.

I personally think he is not Qualified, because of his experience.

McCain, was experience but his VP was retarded. (sorry, hot but retarded).
