How long does it take to get granted an IP excemption. I had one at my last house when my wife and I played but we both left the game for a while and moved but I game back and eventually she has as well. So my question is how long does this process take. I am totally willing to give any evidence you need that I am not breaking any rules. I would just like to be able to get her account up to speed, as she is my wife.

I have sent multiple emails with the needed info and gotten no reply

Hey m8, i got one for My GF and i, but mine was resolved in a matter of 2-3 days.

How long is yours taking?

it varies with the Game Admins activity

some have been concluded in 1 or 2 days, some have taken months.

Just keep sending messages every few days and it will get answered.

its been at least 4-5 days and i will take that advice and keep sending emails, I just didnt want to much up there system with multiple emails saying the same thing, but I guess tahts what I need to do lol

lol im pretty sure you could have landed them into a whole load of crap with that comment mate due to not being allowed to send stuff to other accounts on the same ip without an exception as its deemed cheatin...as far as i know lol

Also, come to the player-admin meeting on Wednesday afternoons. Information can be found in the SGW General section about meeting times and locations.

when i got mine over a year and a half it took 2 days to admin to pm me that they were investigating the acounts to see if they were 'clean'.
day after that i got an e-mail saying they were 'clean' and that the exception was granted.

depends on when you e-mail them and how many requests there are
