An Idea for Currency Trades

Does anyone think trading goods with other players for cash should be added into the Private Trade Broker in the Main Wars?

That wuld require a cost to support would it not?
Also by doing so Jason would have to accept responsibility for the trades and thats exactly why they are not supported now. Someone will try to sue him for big $$ someone else scammed from them.

They could try but it'd be an epic fail as jason would simply point to the section where it says that people do such trades at their own risk, and it's their own damned fault if they get scammed.
although actually doing that whole system would be a really biggie cos he'd have to make sure stuff is safe, hard to hack, etc.

That disclamer would no longer exist if he supported it ingame, but yes, we are saying the same thing.

I also thought it was a big responsibility myself through the big trouble for hacking/scams.
That's what I kinda meant, trading goods with other players for cash should be added into the Private Trade Broker in the Main Wars
with the "trade at your own risk it's not our responsibility" message.
Not mentioning that they could add a new trading function for the planet trades.

It also adds nothing to the game. Planet trading is easy enough now.

Very true
But as for planet trades, you could class a planet as one of the resources, so instead of using naq to pay for those fleets to steal planets on your mothership, you could start putting defense right away, I know you could sell it after the trade, but you'll still lose like half the naq you had before spending it.

No, trust me lore.
Even if there is ingame support does it, it doesn't mean he's liable for any loss of money that happens.
If such a system would exist, jason would not force anyone to use it, just like he doesn't force anyone to play this game. Whether he decides to accept responsibility for real money is his call and no one elses.
If he does then it would mean he'd be liable and more people would use it because of the added security when trading with strangers for real money.
But if he doesn't then he's not liable for anyone who uses that system. Even if real money gets lost.
And no court anywhere in the world could get money off him even if they wanted.

wont happen... Jason has said that anything like that will NOT be added...
