just like last time when i suspected

id out of nowhere,
has no stats, does not appear to be playing at all, no covert ms strike def or ac.
did 5 attacks on my planets until he found a planet he could take

Please do not post here questioning Urogards judgement unless you have specific evidence that suggests the account in question is innocent, or you know the account in question, or your are the account in question or you have evidence to back up the suspicion around the account in question..... or you are adminMark or adminSue.
