00) Prelude: Have essentially been 100% peaceful and just rebuilding the past few months. Haven't had any feuds with anyone, logged in frequently and banked, so hardly any attacks on me, haven't attacked others, etc.
01) 2 weeks ago or so I attacked (ok, farmed
some random commander ( apprx 35mil uu sized) in purg.
02) Got some msgs saying I'm be killed, etc if I didn't let up. (msg was rather snarky, so I continued)
03) Got massed (100 turns or so) by said commander, doing more damage to them than me... then they (even though in purg) went on PPT (assume they purchased it.)
04) PPT comes off 2 days later. (Nov 7th/08) I mass & sab them with approx 2,500 turns spent on my part over the course of 3 hours or so. They loose over 15mill uu, all their defense, MS, and more.
05) As I had been battling in a while, and was feeling mean, I mini-mass all their officers (10, 1 turn attacks), then msg all the officers and say they are getting what their commander got unless they leave. (Some leave, some don't).
06) Commander I massed (sorry can't remember name (it was hyphenated & a little weird) ) sends my alliance leader a msg, asking me to stop, or they will mass me further. Neither of us responds, but my assault has ended at this point. Commander I massed deletes their account 1/2 a day later. Now, a few days later, all traces of them have disappeared from my intel & attack logs, so I can't say name or previous user id. Suffice it to say they are gone.
07) Yesterday (Nov 16th/08), I receive out of the blue, from a commander that I don't recall ever interacting with on any level, the following msg:

Msg: " ok well i left you alone so are we still cool? sorry for massing you."
----
As you'll recall, I haven't been massed in 3+ ( probably 6+) months, (aside from the commander who deleted their account as detailed above. So, I sent back a reply saying something like: "How come you deleted your other account after I massed you back?"
08) Today (Nov 17th/08), I get this reply:

09) Prologue: From my verifiable historical account above, and by GODSON's own admission, they are a multi. I don't know if their actions extend beyond the 2 accounts or not, but am posting this here for community response. Perhaps they read the forums, maybe not... I haven't sent a reply back, so if you have any suggestions on a tactful reply, please advise. Or/and, if an admin eventually reads this, please use your own judgement, cross-referencing of my statments with your presumed pre-deleted account backup records to determine appropriate disciplenary action upon GODSON's account given his admitted rule-breaking.
