I realize many players and alliances especialy during the server wars have had issues that they found themselves unable to resolve and recently it has become clear to me that many people need help to communicate their cases and so I am now offering my services as a facilitator of issues for those who cant find resolution.

Here is how it will work

1. If you bring your case here you will follow what I ask and be respectful, I will help to rephrase and redirect communication in a way that is productive.

2. You will abide by any agreements you make here and your word is your oath so keep it.

3. I will do my best to facilitate the conversation but all parties must understand that my time is mine and not always available.

4. I can only do what each party will help me do. I can assure you of three things I am honest, I am fair, and i do care about each person.

5. I expect that my alliance be left out of any issues, I will be acting as a neutral negotiator to help people who are struggling. There is no other motive other then to be kind so dont repay by kindness with anger or rudeness.

6. If you come here for help accept it and come with the attitude that you could not resolve this on your own which is why you are hear and take my advice whn given.

My hope is that this can be something helpful to those who are having difficulties, and to thsoe that say who cares its a war game well i care and even in war there is communication.

good.. will i need to pay some sort of solicitor fee or/and stamp duty?

no payment will be needed, it will be a free service. I think it will help the community at large by teaching people how you resolve issues in game and then they can apply that lesson to life.

but alas, I fear those in need of your help most are the ones that will refuse it the most...

I believe Brdvas that this is more for those who have tried to surrender and who genuinely wish to be out of the war to find a spokesperson who will be neutral when dealing on their behalf. This would avoid issues like what happened with RR or with Vendetta.

Here is how it will work

1 you wil get massed

2 you wil get massed again by the other side

3 you wil get massed by yet another player who just wanted to up his ME .

edit : dont get me wrong , ppl actually get massed for doing nothing so why not for doing somthing.

I know as a fellow diplomat my job is never done I couldn't imagine having enough spare time to do something like this. If anything I need a Dipo support group and a massage. So your alliance must be relatively peaceful.

we may just have to find out how good you are at this diplomatic stuff

There will be difficulties with doing this and indeed it may get me massed but what point is there in doing good if its easy. Time will be an issue also but I figure I will do what i can and if this gets used maybe other will sign on to help inthe future.

To those who may mass me for trying to help people, well I have made the point before and I will make it again thats when the community needs to step up and all togther correct that bad behavior. I know of many people from many alliances that would help if I get massed for being helpful lol

Also there will be those who will refuse help but you might be surprised how many people will accept help when it is offered in the right way. I dont claim to be naything special just someone in the community who wants to help where I can.

If this goes well I might even get alliances to sign up to be apart of a type of united alliances for ethical gameplay. Where we all enforce for the first time a widely accepted set rules for ethical gameplay.

tbh , i was once naive aswel once , now i'm just dark @ hart , time has corupted me , there is no light only darkness and the void i left behind when going on the crusp thingy . ( yes , i am roleplaying )

@Tekki, you know me so well. But you must admit even though I am a emmensly ambitious, and also happily positive (maybe seen as naive) I do get things done lol

Dralag for you role play is being "dark @ hart" and for me it is being a light shinning on the darkness, but I understand your point completely. For the purpose of this endeavor though even darkness can gain from it and I hope I will have your support in even a small degree as you seem to be a strong player and clearly out spoken.
