Mothership bug

ok so when im buying shields it wont let me purchase the full amount at once so say if theres 1400 shields i can only by like 1200
then i have to buy like 50 at a time then 25 and it gets lower and lower and it doesnt matter how much naq i have out

i can only get to 1 less than Maximum Capacity it wont let me get the last 1

its not the one fleet its the random only let you build less then half your weps bug thats strange...
post your id and admin will have a look at it.
