ok first do u lose ms tech when u ascned
if yes what happens to the extra sheilds and stuff that u have bought on ur ms do they just disappear

Yes MS techs do disappear.
However, the extra shields and weapons etc remain. If after ascension you get hit and lose some of those before you re-buy the tech lvls then you lose them for good, i.e. you can't re-buy them unless you buy the tech lvls.

its not that, its last time I ascended was like in 2006, maybe 2005 lol. Back then you lost your MS
