I was wondering why can't I set my friend as my CO. I already have a CO but I want to change it. the odd thing is that my friend can set me as CO.

maybe he has the option at the bottom of the command center to accept new officers unchecked. if so then just check it and update it and u should be able to join him as long as its been more than a day since uv switched CO's

If you have shared IPs, I don't think you can add each other.

Really, damn. We have used the same IP, I've been trying too get an exception for the last couple of days, but nothing so far.
