Hi, Almost38.
The topic in question has been moved to The Dump.
If you would like to complain about a moderator I suggest you take it to the Ombudsman (currently pianomutt20000).
My best guess as to why it was moved would be that it violated the same forum rule you were trying to complain about the moderator in question violating and was in the wrong section.
Also I might suggest coming up with a better arguement simpily posting the same picture said moderator alegedly posted is not showing anyone where or when aleged moderator posted it.

Neither his thread, nor the photo violated any rules. Well, if you want to get picky I guess spam. But if you were to ask me it was because of the tone of the thread, which seemed nothing more then opportunist attempting to cause trouble out of sheer spite as opposed to someone with an actual concern, coupled with the above fact that the image complained about does not break any rules. But IDK, as it wasn't me that moved it, so I could be wrong.

Sorry Jack but I have to disagree, it did violate a rule maybe not the one he was trying to get the moderator in question in trouble for but a rule nonetheless.
Section 4: Spam

Images larger than 600 pixels wide need to be posted inside of a ‘spoiler box’.
Picture in question was 750 width x 600 heighth in pixels.
Also, if Almost38 posts or has posted a few of these topics before it may have been moved to The Dump for..
Section 4: Spam
a. Topics.
Topics will be considered spam if they fit into one of three categories.
i) They appear in the wrong section of the board.
ii) The poster has made more topics than is reasonable for one user within the day. (For a rough guide most users won’t start more than two topics in a single forum within a day however if they are all of interest and relevant to the forum then there is some flexibility to this rule.)
iii) The topic has already been locked by a moderator and the user has reposted the topic.
Consequence:
Topics in the wrong section will generally be moved to the correct section. Users who post too many topics or repost locked topics will be given one warning point.

so its gets moved to wear no1 can view it? how unfortunate and hows is staring out the word not masking but [Jack'd] is that makes complete no sense

It's not masking because the entire word is filtered out.

Who moved it to The Dump is really irrelevent...
It did NOT violate the rules YOU claimed it did thus it was slander towards the moderator whom you posted against and hence was also spam.
Therefore this topic is useless if you think about it.
Anyways I am a moderater at SGW BattleCorp forums not SGW Main forums.. so these are not my forums to manage, so... all I can technically do outside of the Main Race Section on these forums is bore you with my opinion..
Backing away from this topic slowly now...
and...
GONE.

Ummm, it did look like masking to me......just my opinion.
