its a mathematical problem.... if you have any % of upgrades for it and a number which doesnt go well into 3 then there will always be a decimal value. the game i believe rounds it displaying slots but inside it know you can only have say 63902.666666 so it will show 63903 but not allow you to buy the last shield

it told me before i posted that i had a max shield amount that was lower than the max amount of shields i bought without the MS upgrades..
