I'd like Clarkey to receive a warning point for his post in a birthday thread.

as a moderator it was unnecessary for him to contribute to the thread with a "K". I believe he should have known better than to post uselessly in a thread dedicated to my birthday... which then was "hijacked" (in quotes because it really wasn't a full out hijack). Clarkey then proceeded to wish someone else a happy birthday in it.

If that's not disrespectful behavior, I don't know what is. The moderator made a clear post that he didn't care and then proceeded to wish someone else a happy birthday.

It's fairly insulting and as a moderator he should have known better than to be disrespectful on this occasion and be a part of the hijacking of a thread.

Just a few notes to mention.

MFC mentioned it was his birthday first.
Apogryph says HB to MFC and not mystake
Tokko quotes the "k" alone
Lord XenoX and noobert and Antz wish both HB
Teesdale say

The evidence clearly shows this is a direct complaint against me alone.
Had I not even posted in that thread there would be no complaints made about hi-jacking of threads or anything.

Yes TokKo quoted my 'k', but we all know he would have posted that anyway, but I seriously doubt a complaint would have been made in that case.

It is Mystakes right to file a complaint. As it is the right of every forum user. He atleast goes through the proper channels.

Clarkey is a moderator. I would expect better conduct from him. I seperately sent Jack a msg on MSN asking him to clean up the thread.

Not sure why you chose to quote me, I'll defend your right to file a complaint but that doesn't in any way mean I agree with you or the complaint.

And I expect people to show some courtesy towards Mods, but we all know that isn't always the case.

People have done far worse that things I have done, but just because I'm a Mod, oh noes he must be punished because he's unfit, sack him now!

It's rather pathetic.

That's the whole reason the Ombudsman has rules in here. Because you are in the same alliance as the complainer, therefore you would have a biased view, and it would not provide any input to the Ombudsman.

I request you please leave this complaint thread.
