Server Glitch 12-10-08

So the QW server appears to have been down earlier today, and now UP costs over 6.5 Billion. What gives? That is just crazy.

not only that but i dont know bout ne 1 else but in 8hrs i havent gotten any of my UP or naq per turn

Up price and techs price are bugged
game is considering nothing is built up. so prices are damn high.
My up click is over 22b.
