I played it yesterday morning when the server I guess had a glitch on thought nothing of it and went to work. When I try to log on this morning it tells me my pw or username is incorrect, so I go to the forgot PW link and it tells me no such user exisits. So I made another account and named it same thing, logged in and looked for my old account and its not there.
I did not delete the account and I just bought SS for this wave on it yesterday morning.

The old account name was: Merlin

the new one I made is named the same thing.

any help in resolving this would be great.

it's not your account it's your broswer i'm betting your using opera

try Explorer.

if not just try a different broswer something to do with cookies

ok the fix for opera is to download the new update, and than reset your cookies to accept the page.
