Theres a thread, but it seems nothing particular is being done about the matter, and the process is taking too long.

darius eoiwe ascended, and its common practise to broker your resources to another person while the ascending happens. Darius decided to broker to his real life friend Craigdowling9. The resources in question is 26.2 million uu which is a large amount, especially when it reduces you to a 5.1 army size

craigdowling9 never recieved a broker to accept, nor did darius broker screen show a broker had taking part but there was a missing 26 mill uu, problem.

an email was sent and heres the reply:

Craigdowling9's id is 100951. and the id stated doesnt exist.

So another email was sent correcting the id:

hi - i brokered 100951 @ 15:51 Tuesday 2nd Dec - however the trade was never recieved by my mate Craig - can you investigate and replace the lost uu to the amount of 26.2 mill - just send the uu back to my sgw account - 1923312 - darius eoiwe

Our records indicate that the uu's made it to Craigdowling9, so has them.
I am not sure what you are asking if you are trying to get them back, it
would be from him.

Now not to be the one to call bull, but first off the records indicated the broker was made to a completely different id, let alone actually made a broker to accept.

if you think my alliance members are trying to jip you why dont you look at the army size of craigdowling9 before the broker, and after and see if you agree with me, and both of my alliance members that there was ZERO difference, clearly the broker wasnt accepted, we would notice a 26 million army size increase.

This issue is a problem, this from looking at the boards is not a first time occurance and looking at the problem previously, nothing was done. all we ask is the uu is returned as it is a large ammount to lose.

well we have been trying - but to no avail thus far so im still down 26.2 troops

sad to see that kind of lose, i hope this is fixed
