First Prime

For newcomers to ask questions to the other users... this section will usually answer most questions... requesting resources (naq/UUs/ATs) is not to be done here...

First Prime

I know that this has probably been said a thousand times and yes I used the magical scroll of search in its mistical box and still found nothing.

If you make your best officer first prime or something else for the other races, does it have only a cosmetic function or does the officer get a bonus. Probably not, just want to know.

cosmetic effect only
Writing as a mod. But i am currently testing colors. So if you want to claim one as yours or its not the best to read give me a call please :-)
