lost PPT and market turns

hi i was woundering if u could help i only did 1 trade yesterday the 16/12/08 for 2 days of PPT and i looked my account today the 17/12/08 and it says i am not on PPT and that i used up 2 trades on my account and not one PPT has been used can u help me here is my ingame ID 100966
