AFAIK yes, but I can not say for sure as I was not around then.

i randomly started searching for ids under 1k, i got tired n searched for id 1. found this

Yeah both of those are admin accounts.
I believe there are three others, but they are only rumored to my knowledge. That being said, rumors have a basis in truth.

So "jtest" had a name change. I seem to recall more than one jtest account, but I won't bet on it. Memory might easily be faulty.

But back to the question I did a trade a while back (approx 1-2 months) with a player whose ID is under 1k.

I am not sure, I have gone back through my lists (I also save my successful brokers so I can track them long term) but am unable to find that account.
I have a few that are no longer existing, but would not believe that such a long term account would have been deleted.
