sure doesn't.

vaca mode stops your account totally. You don't recieve men or naq each turn. You can't be attacked, but neither can you be attacked. Game time stops for you, and for however long you are on vaca mode, it's like your realm doesn't exist.

ppt just makes it so that people can't attack you. you still recieve goodies each turn.

I think it means they have gone on vacation mode.

This would make sense because since black holes have such large masses, they distort space and this causes the flow of time to change significantly.
In the case of matter distorting space, it basically makes the seperations of points greater, and since speed is equal to distance traveled per unit of time, if you keep a constant speed and go into an area of high intensity matter distortion of space, the distance you travel will be greater between any two points. Since you now have a greater number being multiplied by anotehr number to equal a constant, the other multiplier must be smaller, and since this other multiplier is time flow, time flows slower is a region of matter distorted space.
This contradicts Einstein's view, where he thinks of time as a dimension, creating the idea of "spacetime". I think this is obviously wrong, but that is just my opinion. My view works equally as well however, so you can get a basic understanding of it by reading what I just wrote.

Back to the black hole. Since the regions of space near the "cusp" (event horizon I am assuming_ are so distorted, time flows noticably slower. It does not stop, however, and never can. If you get close enough, since black holes are essecially, in theory, point like and have no dimensions and therefore warp space infinitly in a smooth universe, you can get time to flow so slow it will appear to an outside observer that time has stopped for you. It has not stopped, it has just slowed to the point of almost stopping. This is related to time barely flowing for the person's realm that is on vacation mode and therefore, due to the 30 minute turns nothing happens in their realm while they are gone.
Minor changes would occur, but those are ignored.
