I trained 120 million spies the other day, To see who i could spy on...
...It turned out i could spy on everyone...
I dont know if thats the highest however, As my covert level needs kicking up a couple of levels, I assume its pretty close however...
...Im not sure if before the stats where made equivilant (depowered by Admin) what the highest one was, but i remember Jared Going to 999,999,999,999 , Or it may have been 999,999,999 . Either way the next turn his covert had gone back to 1. I think.

Okay, SO alot of people have a stupid amount of AC.
However At first glance it appears i can see everyone with :
Covert Action 47,923,950,000,000
What with the context of power equivilant to covert as a whole, Anyway.
Thats only 75 mill Spies though, Im unwilling to do the 120 thing again... that was about 68.8 trillion....
So id say somewhere around there...(I dont think im setting any records though)
...The highest ever total for AC i think would be ALOT higher...

Well I could train 330 mill or so to find out, but at almost 100 mill lifers now the cost isnt really worth it LOL

Oh I do Buck, mine is still full tho.
I dont think its worth it to find out. No one trains enough AC for me to waste lifers on LOL
