Most Haunted

Has anyone watched the series named Most Haunted? It has some people trying to look for ghosts in it...I dunno, a nice TV series to waste time with 
Allthough I'm quite sceptical about those medios that "communicate" with the spirits....especially since Derek Acorah (the medio) was caught not telling the truth....or that's what my brother told me, I haven't verified this yet. Correct me if I'm wrong.
But some of the things that have happened in that series are quite...spooky. Table tipping and all that....
But I still gotta say, I don't believe in ghost stories until I see a ghost myself...and maybe not even then....
