Ascended Acc -log in probs

I cant log into the ascended account that came with my new main one.
The seller gave me the logins but they don't work
Account on ascended is Ziele
help please

What is the ascended ID?
Are you still incontact with whom you purchased the account, and did u know them well?
EDIT: I can't find an ascended acc with the name Ziele.

and no idea what ascended # id is.
I did ask seller again for log ins and was given same info as before
been told account is there, but is unranked was Daimon but I ascended it.

you're best bet is to email admin in "contact us" at bottom of any SGW game page. ask admin to forward you the login details for ascended. they'll give it to you if you have proof of sale or ownership. Also, since you have main account...

The ascended ID for your new account providing your profile on here is correct.
Main ID: 50070
Ascended ID: 2055
Which is indeed called Ziele

Resources: 4,773,701 Dark Matter Units
Relation: Neutral
But whoever owned the account has never logged into it ever, so chances are, the reason you cannot login is due to the password being incorrect,
As when the account is first ascended it shares the same login details as your main account, you need to have admin reset the password, to your NEW email address.

Unless I am mistaken, the account on Main was made a Daimon, therefore the ascended account would have had to have been logged in to at some point. Also the fact that the account you show above, which is indeed the correct one, is "unranked".

In which case you will have to ascend again then would she not.

I thought when you did that, it made a new account for you?
Else whats to stop someone building an ascended account, descending, then re-ascending at a later date,

It was daimon when I got it, I changed it to basic race then ascended it.
My main says EAG,

Have you tried to login into ascended with your current details, to see if it overrides the old ones, as technically you have just ascended again as new.

yeap,
no user with that email addie exists,
and the new owner of my old account wouldn't have been able to change the name from femme fatale as I was out of name changes on ascended.

when you deascend yourself you can ascend right back to where you were. If you ascend 19 times, deascend, and then ascend again you get your old account back and its on ascention 20.
The original log in details will be required.

Hope the main account was good because that ascended one needs alotta work LOL
