My MS has a 90bil strike/125bil def., and it only added 36bil to the ground?

I know there has been alot of damage updates and stuff, so I just wanted to make sure there wasn't a bug or anything...

Many wonder if SuperSaiyan will consider retaliation, but - when force meets force - there will have to be some changes in the preparedness of SuperSaiyan before such a feat should wisely be considered!

I don't care that it was undefended, I just want to know why my MS didn't use its full force?

edit: i believe it adds the whole 100% if it can of ur stat.
