Strongest MS? Tauri? Repli? Ascended?

#1) I read somewhere at some point that unascended MS were stronger, are they? and what race MS would that be? some said tauri, others said replis.
Is a priors MS stronger than any of the unascendeds MS?
#2) And a second question, is the price for hangers exactly the same for all races? (for example, if i have 1000 fleet capacity, or 1000 weapon capacity, and i wish to increase that with another 100, is the price the same regardles of race?)

capacity cost is the same for everyone
all ascended ms'es are the same power and also equal to goauld ms'es
tauri ms'es have stronger attack and weaker shields
asgard like tauri just opposite
repli, not sure

goa'uld fleet are only half as strong as ascended fleets, sp not 100% equal ^^

1) No. They are not.
2) Yes. I believe so. Although, MS techs help boost that. You lose those when you ascend.
@Urogard: Are you certain about that? I thought they were all equal..

if you want to try the figures out you could try the test server ^^
i don't care anymore myself, all i care about is which race has the strongest fleet really.
