So... who do you think has the biggest Total Offensive Capacity? And what is the value of it?

Mine's just over 300m, but I figure there are quite a few MUCH bigger ones around. Probably somewhere around 750m?

since descending big accounts is theoretically impossible, why build big TOC against the small accounts?

Coz you need a terrific TOC to descend those small accounts.

Massive TOC = you do more damage to yourself when they reflect your own TOC against you, then they actually take.

I have hit an account and took nearly 3 times the damage they took from my own TOC.

I meant small accounts as ppl having their Godly skills (repulsion, max LF, etc) at 500. Getting these levels is like piece of cake, and makes you really-really hard to descend, coz even with a big TOC, you need a day or so.

The only way I see to shorten that time is to have a massive TOC. True, for that, you have to put much more effort than reaching those 500s, and it might not worth it at all, but that is a different story

You still fail to understand mate. It doesnt matter if you have a 1 mill or a 1 trill TOC. If your doing max damage then you can do NO MORE. When I hit with max damage, I take more damage to my account from my own TOC being reflected back at me, then my opponent took accepting the brunt of the attack.

The onlt time the TOC come into play is if its small enough it doesnt do max damage. Once you hit that max damage any additional TOC only adds the the damage you recieve from them. Basicly your only hurting yourself.

Yes, but if you cannot cause maximum damage, than descending the target may last for ages. True, the bigger the TOC, the bigger you hurt yourself, but hell, someone with a monstah TOC must have huge reserves. So, yes, by descending you will have losses yourself, but that's usually the case with any other attack type

I'm with Colos on this one - it is fairly easy to build a high enough def to stop a 300 mil TOC (4 defence levels vs 2 attack levels). The only way for a large player to do max damage against a medium sized account is to have an insane TOC.

My highest def level is lvl 700. The rest are all lower. It wasn't really expensive to get them there, either. If my math is correct, you'll need about 1.8 bil TOC to do max damage to me.

But to give Lore his due - if you have a 1.8 bil TOC, you will take about 576 mil damage solely out of what I've reflected to you.

1.8bil TOC sounds about right, if you mean that is what it takes to get you to 1 point?

Though taking 576m damage isn't that much really..

Well...level 800 in Max Energy and Personal Constitution seems to be logical if you do have a monster TOC. (Personal Constitution to resist damages sent to you)
