Why does KARR talk like Optimus Prime?
That's just confusing. Very much so.

And anyway it was not original voices.

One voice actor for two car-related-transforming robots?!
That's foul play. Intent on confusing me.

In "Trust Doesn't Rust", the voice of KARR was provided by voice actor Peter Cullen, better known as the voice of Optimus Prime in the The Transformers cartoon series. In "K.I.T.T. vs K.A.R.R.", KARR was voiced by Paul Frees, best known as the voice of Ludwig Von Drake in the popular anthology series, Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color. Frees was uncredited on-screen for his role, leading Cullen to sometimes be wrongly credited as providing KARR's voice in "K.I.T.T. vs K.A.R.R."
KARR returns in the episode "Knight to King's Pawn", with Peter Cullen reprising his vocal role.
"reprising" means: "taking up again". I.e. doing what you once did.
That's the answer then.

Still.. why, of all the actors, pick the same guy for the interesting Optimus Prime as for the weird KARR?

Perhaps because the voice fitted well for both? :o
I didn't have the luck to hear Knight Rider in original version, and even if I did, I don't really remeber this episode, must have seen it a long time ago. So I can't tell how his voice was. Didn't have the luck to see Knight Rider 2008 or whatever it's called yet.
And I never seen transformers so I can't tell for that part.

Shut it Jack. Just because I have no clue who "KARR" is, does not mean I fail. I have plenty more nerd up my sleeve.

Although, you and Biscuit still hold the title for most annoying debate on PS3 and XBOX ever..that made me want to shoot myself to end the pain. ](*,)
