After several questions and interest towards the SGW Newsletter I have came to the idea to see if people were interested in reading or even help in making such a newsletter over a period of time(say 12 editions per year). Badicly I would like the crowds input on this in what they would like to see in it. Also we are looking for writters/editors/organisators who can handle a deadline and are good with their English.Without further redo let the discussion begin

yeah i would like to read, havn't really got the time to commit to anything at the moment.

what kind of things are you thinking of putting into the Newsletter ?

i would read it...
would be nice to have something breifly cover all the game updates and issues, maybe tap on epic ingame events (end to server war, DDE disbanding or other big things like that that'll effect the whole server)

Basicly the idea i had in mind:

Reporting of news (ie new wars big events such like that)
Inside the alliance (info about a alliance)
New game updates
Story of the month/week/day (depends on how often we make a newspaper)
Collumns

Offcourse feel free to make suggestions thats what i created the topic for.

I think it may be good to make it come out every two weeks, that's more than enough time to get a good sized letter together i think. Monthly might take too long, people may get board in between and we might miss out on massive events such as big alliances disbanding, end to war, players returning etc...

Articles on the big wars.....big updates....big suggestions for ingame improvements.....interviews with big players.....interviews with people about past wars/events....interviews with random newbs about the game.....interviews with mod/admin staff.....maybe even an appearance by Jason.....

Plenty of stuff to write about in sgw. Good luck with it FS
