I've been making a calculator of sorts for Quantum.
Its just in excel, nothing too fancy... although it has some pretty colours
Hopefully it will be useful to some people.
If you find anything wrong with it, or needs improvement, just let me know =)
Currently its a .xlsx file, so you will need;
Microsoft Excel 2007; or
Excel 2000, XP, and 2003 with the Compatibility Pack installed
I tried to convert it to a .xls so it can be viewed in older versions of excel, but it didn't go so well.

Can work out the
cost of techs above 999 upgrades
cost of 999 UP (I plan to extend this to above 999)
cost of MS fleets + show the strength
