aG, is there any chance it could be displayed something like "60 (225)" That way you can still see all that you have without having to go to the Command Page, and it has them seperated?

please,please,please, please??????

And are we staying with 60/2 when we go live? Thats kinna hosed up to me.

Giving 8 hrs for sleep to all, that gives a person with an 8 hr job 32AT while at work, but someone at home gets 960AT.

Well what could potentially be done to offset that a bit, would be to increase that 2/turn for "rested turns" to 10 per turn if you haven't touched your turns during that server turn.

It doesn't increase it that much, but instead of being a ratio of difference of 30-1 it would become a ratio of 6-1.

Thoughts?

agreed.

or

60:2 if you use a AT, and for every turn you dont use a AT rested turns go up by 2 extra per turn, capped at 15... or somethin along those lines...

Added some code that checks to see if each user used any of their AT during a turn. If that player hasn't used any AT, they get an extra 2 bonus attack turns for that tick.

OK, I'm confused.

I thought we already got 2 "rested turns"?

do we get 2 or 4 now?

Or am I not reading this correctly?

Normal attack turns refresh every 30 minutes.
Rested attack turns regenerate 2 every 30 minutes.
If you have not used any attack turns during a turn when the server ticks it grants you an additional 2 rested attack turns (4 total).

Well TY AG, every little bit helps, but to me its still a bit weak. Please just look at it.

60 AT per turn over 8 hrs = 960 AT
4 AT per turn for 8 hrs = 64 (Barely over 1 turn normally)

I'm happy to try it how ever you want, but people with a job or commitment are going to take a beating like this. Now thats cool with me, tho i am a worker with set scheduale for 10 hr days, 12 on overtime.

Just making a point, not lobbing for change.

I agree that 940 vs 64 (or 124 because when you log in you get 60+64) is a large difference. I'm thinking about reducing the AT from 60 to 45. But the whole point to this system was that every time you log in there is something that you can do.

Plus if someone wants to invest 12 hours a day into this game should they not get some advantage over the person who only puts in 30 minutes?

As I said, I trust you will make a good balanced decission. Good point about the 60+64AT

I also do fully agree that more time invested should mean something. Just not convienced 10times as much is balanced.

To me the entire point of the "rested" turns is a safety net or a means to mass someone. It will take how many days of complete inactivity to gain the needed AT to mass a farmer who won't leave you or your alliance alone? Thats where things will get hairy. Its going to make it so an active turn farmer will simply pull away in stats and growth, and to try to amass enough AT to war with him = NO growth for you and that means you will be in far worse shape then him.

JMO

I never use my Rested turns (except when you put them together and i didnt know). I turn farm every turn I can, thats how I see it playing out. Yes an active turn farmer has no safty net of massing pool, but heck he doesnt need it. his profits far outweigh his risks.
