IP Exception, Please

I had sent this pm on forum to DaDigi:
I am curious as to who i might contact concerning getting an ip exception, my son just moved in with me a few months ago and last week-end, he told me his account was still out there, he gave me his log-in info and i took it over, after just a couple hours of watching me play on his old account he decided to start his own again from scratch. So i can only assume we would need to do what we did when i still had the account(1906088) i sold back in May of last year. If u could direct me to who I should contact concerning this, it would be much appreciated. Thanx,Scooby(aka Dan Labonne)
I have also sent an email to game admin and have not gotten any response as of yet.
I wanted to make it to the IRC chat last night but ended up working late with a new remodeling job i just acquired. My son had a meeting at school for his band class.
My son's old account which I took over is ID# - 1906081
His account ID# is - 1959017
Hoping this post helps hasten things along.
Thanx for ur time in this matter, Scooby
