Suggestion : Turns should not be sold in the market .
Turns used to be a strategic resource , and they remain so currently in origins . Once the game gets going though ,turns are going to become cheap because a whole lot of people will sell theirs for Naq , and everyone who plays regularly will have thousands of turns.
Another line of reasoning is that if someone is cheating (ie using multiple accounts) they could abuse the market by selling turns of one account and purchasing them from their main account , they will then farm their multi using the newly purchased "extra" turns and collect the Naq that was earned selling turns.
Restricting turns to only those that a user accumulates will make attacking more strategic , and restrict one possible avenue for cheats.

Don't worry, that was one thing we were always sure of that we didn't want turns transferable.

200 UUs, 40k naq, 45 turns and 40 UP is standard for new accounts.

Rate accumalation is 45 turns refresh every turn, and between 2-5 rested turns per turn, based upon if you use any normal turns durign the previous turn.
