{EPA} = {Earth Protectorate Alliance}
This message adresses to all the Goa`uld nations.
- The Goa`uld will not defend the human territories.
- The Goa`uld caught supporting the Tau`ri territories will be deemed as shol`vas and they will be the primary targets of all the Goa`ulds suported by the Supreme System Lords council.
- All the Goa`uld have the duty to report here the shol`vas.

I think the fact that the higher weapons are not available is the reason the goa'uld's are winning . It's like at the start of quantum everyone is goa'uld's for a few weeks before diverting to whatever race they actually want to play.
