Sitting in the perg just bored and somebody hit me today. I made myself to even bother and checked his alliance and noticed very similar name there, so i checked the id and you know what?

So its just a wild guess that he is a multi, but worth checking...

Both in the same alliance as each other, similar army size, similar rank, both ascended once,
Different race, different Ascended path...
Multi stamped all over them.
Good find.
