Actualy he is correct....However, in the case of 90% of the posts on this forum the question has already been asked and answered.
I.e. There is no longer a question, but an answer.
All questions after the origonal has been answered are not true questions, merely annoying echos, shades of a problem long since solved.

I am assuming, that we are not counting self evident truths...If we are then that statement is false, and the guest should be sabbed.

WHEN can i choose my commander sum1 ezperienced in the game said he will be so i get the naq bonus but i cant make him my officer :-(

and also people are trying to send me naq but they say it says im inactive :-)

when you play alttle more think its a week or two not sure thou

its to stop noobs joining people then just giving up in a week

also to stop multis making aloads of accounts at the same time and making them join under him/her straight away
