Nox Bug?

I am not sure, so I will post this here. The stats have been removed so not to break any rules.
He was massing me today, and getting many many hits through while I was on Low Realm Alert Level and Nox. I am not certain if that permits many more attacks, but I figured it was better to post it and see if it was a bug or not.
Mods, please keep this thread cleaned of spam if it should arise. Thank you.

I call forth the motion to remove nox permanently under penalty of be-heading!

Not sure I understand what your asking?
The lower the realm alert, the more AT that are allowed to be used and the less time the attacks are stalled?
Thats what I always thought???

I thought the same thing, but 15+ with nox on, even on low in under a minute? I don't know. I figured if it was a bug.. I better report it. If not, it's okay.

I think Nox has been broken since the servers went down last week. I have 66 attacks in one turn from the same person, about an hour ago now, and my Nox is on, and I'm cranked to Crit...have been for awhile now.
My Nox simply is not working anymore. Period. This isn't the first attack like this I've had since the server when bust.
Also, while this was going on, I tried to train some more def...and he took it just as fast...leaving me with negative unspecs. I couldn't train ANYthing...not def, not attack, not spy or covert, or miners...nothing at all, until someone sent me the number of UU to cover it. I had more than plenty UU sitting out, but it simply would not allow me to train my own UU. Period.
So, due to the Nox never kicking in, and my inability to train a blessed thing, I lost everything I had. ALL def weaps, ALL Def units, ALL def mercs. Everything.
This needs to be fixed.

The time between attacks is significantly reduced on nox/low compared to nox/critical. The number of turns before you phase is also a lot higher than on nox/critical.

Reduced? Possibly. But that doesn't explain 15+ attacks in one minute. Even at 4 seconds per that is impossible. 3 and it is possible..but barely.
I highly doubt it was 3 seconds per though.. <_<

It think its in the 2-3 second range. Critical is what 7-8 seconds?

I have had it up to 7 before on Critical while I was hitting somebody.

My memory recollects 9..but I don't want to say that because I'm not certain.

On low alert level with nox then it is only a few seconds delay as manetheren says. With the server lag i am surprised he got so many attacks though, i guess he's closer to the server than i am and has a better ISP, coz for me i can't mass faster than the nox/crit delay even if the target hasn't got it turned on

YTeah I'm getting a lot more server lag these days as well even when massing which is frustrating.
@ StormWolf - do you have them set to war? If so then that would explain it and I'd lose the war setting.
